Abstract

This article examines the transformation of corporate culture in international companies under the influence of the synergy between artificial intelligence (AI) and strategic HR engineering. The authors substantiate the concept of the ‘Digital Culture Code’, which is based on the automation of routine processes, predictive analytics of engagement, and personalised development trajectories for personnel and technology. The dynamics of AI tool implementation in global corporations are analysed, and a matrix of cultural transformations is proposed. It has been determined that the integration of artificial intelligence into HR engineering allows for a reduction in staff turnover of 18–22% and an increase in the organisational engagement.

Purpose. The aim of the study is to provide a theoretical justification and practical modelling of the transformation of corporate culture in international companies in the context of the synergy between artificial intelligence and strategic HR engineering, as well as to assess their impact on key performance indicators in human resource management (in particular, staff turnover rates.

Methods. The research methods are based on the use of systemic, comparative and structural-logical analysis, the synthesis of scientific approaches, as well as elements of behavioural economics and management theory.

Results. This study presents a new concept, the “Digital Culture Code,” which integrates predictive engagement analytics, personalized employee-technology development trajectories, and the automation of routine HR operations into a single system. The current dynamics and vectors of AI tool implementation in the human resources management practices of leading global corporations have been analyzed, revealing key technological trends. A matrix of cultural transformations has been developed, systematizing the stages and nature of changes in the organizational environment under the influence of artificial intelligence. The high pragmatic effectiveness of the synergy between AI and HR engineering has been demonstrated, which is mathematically expressed in a 18–22% reduction in employee turnover in international business and a simultaneous 25% increase.

Conclusions. The strategic HR engineering of the future is based on deep technological synergy with artificial intelligence algorithms. The implementation of the “Digital Cultural Code” concept allows international companies to transform their corporate culture from reactive to proactive. The proposed matrix of cultural transformations and predictive engagement analytics tools demonstrate not only sociocultural value for the team but also clear economic efficiency for the business, as evidenced by a significant reduction in employee turnover and the capitalization of human potential on a global scale.
