Abstract

: The relevance of the development of innovation networks in local post-war reconstruction cannot be overstated, as these networks help to overcome the challenges of infrastructure destruction and economic instability. However, aspects such as the spatial organization of innovation networks, their interaction with local infrastructure, geographical features and adaptation to changes in living space are not yet sufficiently studied. The purpose of the article is to define the analytical principles of using the concept of innovative networks for local recovery. Local development in terms of interaction is defined as a process in which different sectors and community members cooperate to achieve common goals and improve the quality of life in the region. It is justified that it is important to create effective communication channels and platforms for cooperation, where ideas, initiatives and projects can be discussed. The role of Corporate Community Involvement practices (involvement of business in community relations) is considered. It was determined that the geographical aspects of local space help to understand the relationship between communities and their environment, including physical, social, cultural and psychological aspects. It helps to analyze the influence of geographical conditions on the development of society, to determine recovery strategies after crisis situations and contributes to the creation of a healthy, safe and sustainable living environment, which is not just a place where a person lives, but also a set of places where he lives, works, communicates and interacts with society and the environment. According to the authors, the geographicalization of the living space plays a key role in the process of reconstruction according to the principle of "build back better" and helps to analyze and understand the geographical features of regions, to take into account their natural and socio-cultural aspects during reconstruction planning. One of the tools for optimizing living space is the concept of a smart city, which is associated with innovative technologies implemented in cities to improve the quality of life of their residents and the efficiency of urban resource management.
