Abstract

The article examines modern human resource management technologies in the context of the digital transformation of organizations. The relevance of the topic is determined by the rapid development of digital technologies, the spread of remote forms of employment, and the growing need to improve the efficiency of personnel management in a dynamic business environment. The purpose of the study is to analyze modern HR technologies, determine their main types and characteristics, and substantiate their impact on personnel management effectiveness in contemporary organizations. The research methodology is based on general scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, comparison, classification, and systematization, which made it possible to identify the essential characteristics of modern HR technologies and determine the specifics of their implementation in organizational activities. The study identifies the main groups of HR technologies, including HRM systems, e-HRM technologies, HR analytics, artificial intelligence tools, remote workforce management technologies, and personnel development systems. It is established that the implementation of digital HR solutions contributes to the automation of routine personnel processes, improvement of communication, enhancement of managerial decision-making, and increased employee productivity and engagement. The results of the research demonstrate that the effectiveness of modern HR technologies depends on the level of digital maturity of the organization, the readiness of personnel for digital transformation, and the ability to combine technological and human-centered approaches to management. Particular attention is paid to the importance of integrating digital solutions into the overall organizational management system and adapting HR technologies to the specific conditions of organizational development. The practical significance of the article lies in the possibility of using the obtained results to improve personnel management systems, optimize HR processes, and increase organizational competitiveness in the conditions of digital transformation.
