The swift advancement of artificial intelligence and digital instruments is prompting deep alterations in the governance of organizations. These transitions are particularly apparent across the building sector. In the financial sphere, this holds special significance, considering that construction fulfills a vital function in the efforts for recovery post-conflict and infrastructure betterment.
Purpose. The objective of the study is to confirm the monetary results of incorporating artificial intelligence into company activities, particularly in the construction sector amid digital transformation and post-conflict reconstruction.
Methods. Research techniques: appraisal, combination, contrast, extrapolation, systematic approach, monetary and statistical analysis, simulation, projection.
Results. The fundamental tenets concerning the influence of artificial intelligence on the progress of the contemporary marketplace, particularly within the sphere of building and facility oversight. The unique characteristics of integrating intelligent technologies into the undertakings of construction enterprises and their resulting influence on organizational expansion and expertise-driven procedures. The importance of digital change in building and new methods in structure design for boosting the effectiveness of company activities was clarified. The effect of artificial intelligence on business transactions and their supervision was assessed. The monetary feasibility of using AI in financing and building ventures was evaluated, especially concerning streamlining costs, finishing timelines, and hazard mitigation. The possibilities for employing data and information frameworks to raise the quality of decisions and ensure the durability of built properties were explored. The capacity for applying AI in the work of reviving the building industry subsequent to conflicts was researched. Tangible proposals were developed to boost the efficacy of employing AI for the tactical betterment of construction processes.
Conclusions. In summary, it can be argued that the implementation of smart digital solutions in business processes, in particular in the construction sector, provides a tangible increase in the quality of management, which, in turn, contributes to the restoration of infrastructure in times of post-war transformation.
