The article explores crowdsourcing as an implementation tool for open innovation strategy in the modern business environment. The research aims to comprehensively analyze the essence of open innovations, their relationship with crowdsourcing, and identify the main mechanisms for integrating crowdsourcing models into open innovation strategies. The methodological foundation of the research is based on a systematic approach, methods of comparative analysis, synthesis, and generalization of scientific concepts regarding open innovations and crowdsourcing. The evolution of innovation models from closed to open is analyzed, types of open innovations are characterized, and mechanisms for their implementation are systematized. As a result of the research, a conceptual model for integrating crowdsourcing into open innovation strategy has been developed, reflecting the possibilities of applying various forms of crowdsourcing at each stage of the innovation process. A typology of crowdsourcing models in innovation activity is proposed, highlighting their essence, characteristics, and application areas. The basic principles of crowdsourcing in the context of open innovations are defined. The scientific novelty of the research lies in: developing a multi-level system of mechanisms for implementing open innovations that integrates institutional, collaborative, technological, and economic tools; conceptualizing crowdsourcing as a meta-tool that ensures synergistic interaction between the internal and external innovation environment of an enterprise; forming a matrix typology of crowdsourcing models based on criteria of task complexity and the nature of participant involvement; developing an integration model that reflects the specifics of applying crowdsourcing at different stages of the innovation cycle within the open innovation paradigm. The practical significance of the results lies in establishing a methodological foundation for implementing crowdsourcing practices in enterprise innovation activities. The proposed conceptual model allows organizations to effectively integrate various forms of crowdsourcing into the innovation process according to the specific needs of each stage. Promising directions for further research include developing a methodology for evaluating the effectiveness of various crowdsourcing models in the context of open innovations, studying industry-specific implementation of the integrated approach, and researching the impact of new technologies on the evolution of crowdsourcing practices.
