Scientific and methodological apparatus of the methodology of assessment and forecasting the level of economic security of Ukraine

Abstract

Changes in the security environment in the world and around Ukraine require a thorough assessment of the economic situation in the state and timely response to destabilizing factors. One of the indicators used to assess the ability of the Ukrainian economy to function in modern conditions is the level of economic security of the state.

The article substantiates the importance of developing theoretical and methodological foundations and improving scientific and practical recommendations for ensuring the economic security of Ukraine in the long term.

The aim of the article is to invent a scientific and methodological apparatus for assessing and forecasting the level of economic security of the state as a mechanism for timely response to risks and threats to economic security.

The obtained scientific and applied results are aimed at developing methodological foundations for an integrated assessment and forecasting of the level of economic security of the state in the context of the methodology for studying the economic security of Ukraine. They can be useful for practical use by developing countries that are at the stage of post-war recovery and are interested in forming a rational economic policy focused on preemption.
