Abstract

The article examines the theoretical and methodological principles of forming an enterprise adaptation mechanism in the context of behavioral economics, which reveals the essence of economic behavior not only as rational, but also emotional and cognitive and means that the adaptability of an enterprise also depends on staff motivation, corporate culture, leadership, etc. It is substantiated that effective adaptation of organizations to a dynamic market environment requires taking into account behavioral factors that influence the processes of managerial decision-making. Key areas of development of the adaptation mechanism have been identified: analytical diagnostics of behavioral barriers, design of choice architecture, stimulation of learning and feedback, creation of an experimental environment for testing management hypotheses. The essence of behavioral barriers that prevent an enterprise from flexibly responding to external changes is revealed, and tools for overcoming them are identified through the formation of cognitively oriented management systems. Particular attention is paid to the concept of "choice architecture" as a means of non-violent adjustment of managerial behavior of personnel, as well as to feedback mechanisms that ensure the accumulation of experience, organizational learning, and strengthening of internal motivation.

The feasibility of creating experimental decision-making laboratories, in which it is possible to test management hypotheses based on behavioral experiments and data analysis, is substantiated. Practical measures are proposed for integrating behavioral analytics into the strategic management system, developing adaptive personnel training programs, and implementing digital tools for tracking behavioral patterns. The results of the study have practical significance for increasing the flexibility, innovation, and sustainability of enterprises in the modern economy.
