Abstract

The creative sector is one of the most dynamic and promising areas of the modern economy, generating new jobs, innovations, and cultural identity. At the same time, organizational culture in these enterprises plays a key role in determining their ability to adapt to change and maintain creativity. The purpose of this study is to identify the role and specific features of organizational culture in creative sector enterprises and to assess its impact on their development and competitiveness. To achieve this goal, a comprehensive analysis of academic literature, legal documents, and a systems approach was used to study the components of organizational culture in the context of the creative sector's characteristics. The results of the study show that the organizational culture of creative enterprises is a crucial factor that shapes their competitiveness, innovation capacity, and resilience in a dynamic external environment. The evolution of the concept of "creative industries" was analyzed, and the specific features of enterprises operating within this sector were outlined. These enterprises are characterized by a high dependence on intellectual capital, creative thinking, and the ability to engage in interdisciplinary collaboration.Four key areas of impact of creative sector enterprises were studied: economic effect; spillover effect (knowledge transfer across sectors); innovation effect; and socio-cultural effect. It was revealed that the realization of each of these effects requires a specific organizational culture based on openness, cooperation, dynamism, and creativity orientation.Within the framework of various academic approaches (phenomenological, pragmatic, conceptual), the essence of organizational culture and its role in forming a unique environment in creative sector enterprises was detailed. As a result of systematizing literature sources and practical approaches, the characteristics of organizational culture specific to creative enterprises were formulated. It was proven that companies that cultivate and maintain such a culture have a greater capacity for self-renewal in unstable markets, innovation absorption, and effective partnerships with other sectors of the economy. The results of this study can be applied to improve management practices and support creative entrepreneurship.
